How my blog started   
I started this blog a little over two years ago…not really knowing where I wanted to go with this. I was making jewelry at the time, and I deleted most posts right after I wrote them, because it seemed more like an ‘ad campaign’, than a fun place people would want to come back to. A few things (mostly recipes and a few DIY tutorials) survived the ‘early months’, but they are few and far between. Then, at the end of last year, I found a new creative path – and with that enthusiasm for my blog. Now I’m happily gaining new friends, and engaging in an awesome community of fellow bloggers.

Blogging advice:
For me, the most important piece of advice I ever got is – Be yourself!
Whether your writing your posts, commenting, answering to comments – let your voice shine! Write like you’re talking to a friend – because, basically, that’s what it is. 😃

The second piece would be – engage with other bloggers! If you read a funny, or inspiring, or helpful, or interesting post – let the writer know! We all appreciate visitors, but if you let us know that you visited, and leave a nice word or two…that’s the cherry on top! 🍒
