It’s that time of the month again π Time for our ‘Fantastic Bake-Along’

It didn’t rise, but it sure was tasty. My only regret was that the only dairy free, gluten free chocolate chips available to me today were bittersweet and I prefer sweeter things, by that’s on the chocolate, not the recipe!

Oh no … I wonder what happened? π
It was probably the yeast π I bought generic yeast a few months back, and something went wrong with every loaf βΉοΈ So now I always blame the yeast.
I am glad though that you still enjoying it π I want to try it with milk chocolate the next time, just to see if it’ll be a bit spicier that way π

It was brand new Fleischman’s yeast, but it was in a jar rather than my usual packets. It could also be that I converted the recipe to gluten free and dairy free. That usually changes it- it still tastes good so I’m happy! Is it ok with you if I write about this as part of my usual daily blog or do I need to make a separate post?

I didn’t have time to bake bread until today and I’m so glad! Now I get to see how everyone else did and pick up some tips!! This looks so good Tina and I can’t wait to get my hands in that dough this morning!! π
